The location was perfect. It was quiet during the night but was only a few minute walk to the busy streets and squares.

CanadaLocation was just outside of the walled city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby but away from the hectic and touristy parts of Cartagena. Close to the pier to get to the boat shuttles.

SpainWalking distance to the plaza. Monumento torre de reloj, Muelle de Pegasos, plaza de Santo Domingo and Catedral de Santa Catalina de Alejandra. Witness a wedding in that beautiful church. Lots of restaurants everywhere. Complimentary breakfast was delish. The night shows on the street with the locals was wonderful. The music is wonderful. Local food of course phenomenal.

United States of AmericaWe really liked the location as it's close enough to the old city you can walk there but not so close that it's super loud (for the most part, see below). The beds and ac were surprisingly comfortable! The maids came and cleaned every day, we never had to ask them. The included breakfast was pretty good! The hotel worked with us with activities we scheduled to have them show up and pick us up directly, which I appreciated.

The beds were comfortable and the maid service cleaned regularly. The included breakfast was convenient. The hotel worked with us to coordinate with day trip companies we booked to pick us up directly from the hotel, which was great.
