The staff was very kind and accommodating. They allowed for us to store our luggage there for a few days while we were on islands before coming back to stay on the property. They also allowed us to store luggage after check out before our flights. they washed and folded our clothes for us for a small cost. The location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and always fresh. 24/7 staff, the location is kept locked and staff will let you in anytime. the neighborhood is by far my favorite, with lots to see and do in the area including a short walk (10 min) to the Walled City. It was easy to catch a taxi from that area as well. Your also a short walk to 2 of the best restaurants on Cartagena, Celele which is a 2 min walk away , Sambal (3 min away) and Alma (located in the walled city , so 15 min away.

- Location was great as it was close to all bar and activities but far enough to spend a quiet - The staff was available 24/7 and always polite and nice - The house is really well designed. The room and commun area were really cute and the entire place spotless. - The breakfast is simple but healthy and food. There is 2 option both coming with fresh fruit, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed our stay!
