Absolutely incredible landscape!! The stay was such a memorable experience from the awesome staff to the delicious coffee! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

The hotel is located in one of the most spectacular places we have visited in the world. Very close to Bogota although is well hidden in the mountain. When visiting this place one is also supporting a very interesting social and environmentally project in the region. Excellent place to taste and learn about award winning coffees. The cabins are very comfortable, private and fun with amazing views over the coffee mountains full of all sorts of interesting flora and fauna, particularly birds.The staff was very nice and we loved that the hotel have hired people from the region and make them part of their project. The menu is simple but uses ingredientes cultivated in the area. This has been one of our recent best hotel experiences. Gracias a todos en La Palma y El Tucán.

Everything! The staff had excellent attention to detail and were very accommodating without being intrusive. The food was consistently delicious and nourishing. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The coffee tour was highly informative and interesting. The views were spectacular day in and day out. They also offered multiple night-time activities/events that were entertaining.

This is a breathtaking place in the middle of the forest with full of beautiful people.. The Coffee experience with Nico (he is a great guy!) is exceptional, food is amazing (everything in the menu but especially almond rice is highly recommended :)) we had the best coffee of our lives, just couldn’t get enough.. We came back to Vienna with 2 full bag of their coffees. ❤️ We miss everything about this place.. to use their transportation option is recommended.
