The staff was great. Geraldine at the front desk had superior customer relations skill; we loved her. The kitchen staff and management were always so welcoming and accommodating. The location was one of the best in Medellin.

The hotel was really good. It is located in a very peaceful area. I travel with my family, so I needed a good place to rest. EcoHub was perfect for that. It is a smoke-free accommodation which was a plus. Customer service was also really good. Faber and Camilo are really helpful and assist you and all you need. I highly recommend this hotel for visiting Medellin.
