This is an amazing apartment near of the UPTC Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, that makes this zona residential but with a lot of trade. There are minimarkets, bars, restaurants, parkings and washcars near. The access to public transport service is very close, the stop is one block away. The apartment has 3 rooms, each one with tv and wardrobe; there is an integral kitchen and two bathrooms. It is located near a mountainous area so there are good views from various points of the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

This is a residential area located one block from two widely recognized government educational institutions: The Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia (UPTC), Sogamoso headquarters; and the "Álvaro González Santana" Polytechnic Educational Institution of La Salle, Headquarters. Due to the flow of students, a wide variety of businesses have been established in the area: multipurpose stores, stationery stores, restaurants, beauty salons, barbershops, bars, gas stations; For this reason, while it is a residential area, there is a lot of commerce in the streets near the educational institutions, which makes our accommodation in a strategic location for quiet and comfortable accommodation in the city. Also a few blocks away is the exit to Iza, a tourist town famous for its beautiful colonial architecture and the sale of exquisite desserts. On the way there, there are many restaurants whose main dish is roast meat, whose seasoning you can enjoy without having to travel great distances.
