Perfect location close to everything (all very walkable) yet just far away enough for quiet nights. This is a family business that makes you part of the family and immediately addressing any questions or issues (including very low cost taxi service). Hottest shower I have ever had in a hostel (just need to wait a few minutes). I hope to stay here again in my final days of travel in Columbia.

United States of Americamost everything was good; helpful staff spoke enough English to communicate, laundry service, hot water worked, room cleaned and new towel every day. comfortable bed, multiple waste bins (my pet peeve!😉), luggage storage, late night guest entry did not disturb everyone like at some party hostels. good location. I think you will probably not find a better choice at this price point.
United States of AmericaThe location was absolutely wonderful. We were able to walk to the vast majority of places we wanted to visit during our time in Bogota. The staff were friendly and so sweet, in particular Carlos who we chatted with in the mornings during breakfast and was so patient with us and our Spanish. Breakfasts were varied and always delicious and although not included in the room rate, we’re extremely affordable. Someone came into our room every day to clean and change out the towels which was so nice. It was a little cold at night, but you can request extra blankets!

FranceStaff is very friendly and helpfull, location is perfect in the Candelaria neighboorhood. They were completely fine with leaving one backpack at the hostel for one month while we are travelling through Colombia. Looking forward going back!
