Absolutely gorgeous property with fabulous garden and pool, perfect to relax in a hammock! The rooms are very quaint and well kept, rustic decorations which adds to the charm. Staff is very helpful and friendly and are ready to assist with any recommendations you might need. The view from the room is breathtaking and you can leave the shutters open all night to admire the view in the early morning. Highly recommend this place as it was so quiet and relaxing, would definitely return.

This is undeniably a beautiful location, close enough to allow for thorough exploration of Barichara by foot but secluded enough to feel detached and peaceful. Most impressively, when I asked the front desk for help booking a taxi for onward travel, the staff volunteered of their own accord to call three agencies for quotes, to ensure I secured the best price, ultimately saving me several hundred pesos - no other hotel on my trip to Colombia offered to do this, and it definitely set this place apart. The room was large, clean and had an amazing balcony overlooking the valley. The shower was very big, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was simple but almost surprisingly delicious - I normally do not like eggs for breakfast but the omelette here was good and I (unusually) asked for it again for breakfast the next day.
