The lovely staff and the (much more quiet, residential) area (Manga). I was able to find services with ease and found the daily stroll to the busy Old City pleasant.

Location in Manga offers the advantage of quiet residential community with great local restaurants/amenities easy access to all the sites via a scenic walk to Getsamani. Diego is near complete on his transformation from hostel to boutique type hotel. The Service from Diego and his staff is excellent including Diego's patient assistance with my flight issues. Breakfast was very good and made to order.

great little boutique hotel, right where i needed it to be. it's not in the bustling Bocagrande or Centro Historico area but very easy to reach and has all you need in the vincinity.

Unfortunately I arrived one day later than expected. I was still met at the airport for a ride to the hotel ( I brought chocolate to the driver as an apology for him having to arrive two times), and I was greeted graciously by Diego and his staff. I was so happy to see my room, with a kitchenette, table and chair, separate bedroom and separate bathroom. The air conditioning was heavenly! Breakfast was served each morning at a formally-set dining table and I was fortunate to meet other guests. This hotel is located in the Manga neighborhood (quiet) and 1 block from the grocery store and 2 blocks from the water, and an easy walk to the Castle, Historic Center, and Getsemani neighborhood. Perfect!

I spent four comfortable nights here in two different rooms. It was very quiet and in a residential neighborhood, not too far from the city center, although most might want to use a taxi. Staff were very friendly to me and the included breakfast was enjoyable. The facilities were very clean and the WiFi and AC both worked well. It is a short walk to the bay and small boardwalk. Nearby are sushi and shawarma restaurants that I enjoyed. Overall I enjoyed a peaceful stay.

My flight was canceled and I arrived a day late. They were nice enough to only charge me 25% for the night I missed even though they could have charged me the entire amount. Staff is great and it is squeaky clean.

Everything was perfect: the room was super big and nice, the breakfast was delicious, the personal (especially Luz) were really friendly and it is only 15min walking to Getsemani. i will come back!

Wonderful hotel, with a really nice pool and a brand new sauna. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and we spent an evening together by the pool!
