Everything! Great location, close to very nice little local restaurants and in a beautiful part of the city. Breakfast and room service were amazing and the staff made you feel at home. The cleanliness and the attention to detail was impressive. We felt very comfortable and safe at the hotel.

ColombiaThe staff were really nice and polite. Housekeeping was exceptional; the rooms were so CLEAN, the cleanest I've seen in a long time as a frequent traveler to hotels with a higher rating. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom lighting and mirror options were the best I've seen in a while too, great for precision makeup. Breakfast was good and I loved the freshly squeezed juices, made of local fruit, that came with all the meals, The location was safe and accessible to a mall two blocks over and many different restaurants - Colombian, Turkish, Japanese, American, to name a few. Really appreciated the hotel's network of safe taxis (white luxury and yellow economy) as well as the advice on where to go for sight-seeing and shopping activities.
Trinidad and TobagoNever disappointed with this hotel, very attentive and friendly staff, so many stores, restaurants and services close by.... And not far from Zona T / Rosa if you want a little more nightlife. Nice buffet breakfast too. Great view from our junior sweet. This time I discovered that the bar /lounge is open on the 12th floor, very relaxing, fantastic terrace, great views, worth a visit.

United States of AmericaFantastic suite, very comfortable bed.... Good service at reception and also room service food was wonderful. I stayed there twice within a week, because I left for a quick trip to another town and came back to Bogotá. I had left behind my phone charger the first time in the room. I called the hotel to advise them so they could check for it. When I returned a few days later to check back in Reception called housekeeping about the charger, and down came the little housekeeping lady with my charger, safe and sound. So full marks for honesty and professionalism.
BermudaThe design of the suite was fantastic, spacious bathroom, water heated up quickly. Wonderful mountain views from our corner room. Didn't do the breakfast, but the room service was great. The bed was very comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommend.
