From the moment I checked in at reception, to the waitstaff, housekeeping, and maintenance. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good especially if it's raining and you need to order in. The location is ideal, 5 minutes from beach, stores all around.

United States of AmericaBeautiful Hotel with a lot of potential, still under renovations, very close to Malecon and city centre (waking distance) friendly staff specially all the ladies working in the breakfast area, room service and front desk. when we left Alina Robinson, Paola Herrera and Cila Rizo check us out, they were very helpful, we had a bit of a hiccup when we arrived with the front desk lady, but we managed to enjoy ourselves of what the beautiful Island of San Andres has to offer. Pool was clean.
