Some of the staff were really friendly (some spoke English) and helpful. The restaurant had good options. Lots of security around the hotel so it felt very safe.

The main pool in the resort was being renovated and I think this caused the extremely low price. We payed roughly $5000 AUD less than we would have for the same duration on a later date. That being said, the place was amazing, it has plenty of things to do. Lots of restaurants and bars, and all quite reasonably priced. The pools aren’t overly busy, and are very clean. They even have two water slides! We really enjoyed playing tennis and using other facilities here. The service was amazing, everyone was nice and we felt comfortable the whole stay. We payed slightly more for a larger room, and it was huge. They even accommodated our fussy request to move to a room with a better view. Really great service and phenomenal staff.

The hotel has several and nice swimming pools, delicious, abundant and good variety of food, beverages, etc. To be honest, you don't need to walk out from the hotel, you have everything to enjoy a good time with your family, relatives, friends, etc. Supermarket inside or a bigger market just few meters walking distance from the hotel if you want something for your group. I enjoyed my time off with my family. I'll be back in the future.
