The place was very beautiful, breakfast was great. Right in front of the beach, would have loved for it to be swim able but more so for the boats. Only thing that was missing was an cold air unit. Super hot in the room, fans were not doing much justice. But having to get up at 4 am to take off to airpot had to wake owner up to move his vehicle and unlock the gates, thumbs down on that. Over all i still give this place an 8.

The grounds and rooms were very well cared for. Everything was very clean and tidy. There are chairs and hammocks for guests to use outside as well as a very small pool. The room was simple, but had everything we needed and was clean. It had a ceiling fan which allowed us to keep the window open at night and listen to the ocean waves. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the breakfast area was wonderful. There were places to hang wet clothes/towels outside. The property felt safe and secure. There was some noise late at night from other guests, but it was limited. It is a short walk to the national park entrance and also for accessing town. The owner offered up great dinner suggestions to walk to. Great smaller, quiet beach town, small hotel.

We only stayed for one night but it was a lovely spot in Cahuita. Twin room was a good size for two friends sharing. Pool was small but we had free reign of it and views of the sea. 5min walk from the nature reserve and to nearby restaraunts. Generous breakfast options.

Such an awesome experience staying at cabinas arrecife, we liked so much that we decided to stay longer. We loved the location (in front of the beach). The staff was super friendly and helpful, giving a delicious breakfast. The room was very big, having 1 double and 1 single bed. We'll definitely come back in the future.
