The hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff is wonderful, including the tour guides. We loved the days trips. It's expensive but worth every penny.

The staff were all excellent, so a big shout out to Jhon, Luis, Ricardo and Lecson who made us feel at home in the restaurant, and led excellent tours to view the wildlife. Would highly recommend the Manatus package as a way to explore Tortuguero!
