Company info

Hi, - my name is Sam Allen. I am the owner of Palm Coast Luxury Rentals and the properties themselves. I am British / Canadian and my partner Kathy is Indonesian. We spend 3 or 4 months a year in Costa Rica. I am the co-founder and Executive Chairman of a software company. Hosting is not my main job. We have a wonderful local manager called Matilda who is available to help our guests at all times. We love sharing our spot in paradise with both locals and internationals and look forward to welcoming you!

Property info

All our properties are within the Del Pacifico Resort in Esterillos Este, next to Bejuco Beach on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Del Pacifico is a beautiful, peaceful, low density resort 25 mins south of the busy beach town of Jaco.We have a stunning poo in the centre of the property, which you will most probably have to yourself or share with one more group. There is a second pool. On site gym, multiple restaurants, well stocked super market, medical centre, pharmacy...everything you need! Our condo's are spacious and the top quality in the area by far.

Neighborhood info

Palm Coast Luxury Villas are situated next to one of the most spectacular beaches in all of Costa Rica and truly one of the special places on the planet! The beach stretches for miles. The surf is always spectacular. Spectacular surf on one side, palm fringed beach on the other, Truly paradise found. One can walk for hours and pass only a hand full of people. If you wade across the shallow stream to the south, you will likely have a 3km beach all to yourself, save that is for the pelicans, wading birds running in and out of the surf or perhaps a sloth moving slowly through the branches in one of the trees fringing the beach.
