Yoga and delicious breakfast were a wonderful way to start the day. The rooms and garden are a sheltered, cool retreat just steps away from the town and beach. The hosts were exceptional.

Hosts were friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. The bed was a bit firm for my liking, but each to there own. The grounds are small, but lush, quiet and peaceful. The yoga class and the breakfast were excellent. The location is excellent for beach, shops and restaurants

The Yoga Salt life lodge is a calm and beautiful little hotel in Sámara. Everything was amazing : the location (everything is close to the hotel), the rooms, it was very clean, and the breakfast was amazing. I had to get up very early some mornings for my activities in Sámara and Federica (the host) kept my breakfast in the fridge so I could eat it later. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in Sámara! Thank you Federica and Roberto

wonderful stay! the little hotel is super close to the beach and city center! the rooms are made with love and super clean. in the morning we did the yoga class with was super nice, peaceful and relaxing. after that we got a super delicious breakfast! I really can recommend this place!!!

Hotel is peaceful and Beautiful and in a perfect location. My daughter and I did the complementary morning yoga one day and it was such a perfect start to our day! The owner is a Reiki Master and we did a session with her- it was wonderful and was a highlight of our stay. We can’t wait to visit again!
