This penthouse of 40 m², extended by a large tiled awning and a large storage cabinet on a terrace of 82m ² is located near the center of Mindelo close to shops (supermarket, bakery, ...) and next to the bus stop radiating into the city and leading to the large sandy beach of Laginha. From the terrace, the view is superb on the surrounding mountains and the UNESCO World Heritage Mindelo Bay. The sofa of the living room is a clip clap that can suit an adult or 2 young children. You will find sheets, bath towels and kitchen and all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals. The entire housing and terrace are private. You have on your floor individual meters for both your water consumption and electricity.
I enjoy traveling with both a cultural part and a relaxing part. I discovered the island of São Vicente in 2001 and I was immediately seduced by its climate, its arid and mountainous landscapes and the kindness of its inhabitants. This penthouse is my place of residence which I improve the comfort during each of my stays. I am happy to make it available to anyone wishing to discover both São Vicente, the most cultural island of the Cape Verde archipelago and possibly its other islands. My trusted local person will advise you for your supply, your transport and any useful information that you would need during your stay. She will be at your disposal to answer your wishes which will contribute to make your stay unforgettable. Pick-up at the airport is at the regulated taxi fares. She speaks French, English, Portuguese and Creole.
From the penthouse you can easily walk to shops, restaurants, administrations, the Alliance Française, the Portuguese Alliance, public transport, the taxi station, cafes offering free wi-fi, such as the bar / restaurant "Mammamia" that I frequent regularly and that I recommend. In addition to free wi-fi, it has a TV wall with countless channels. In addition, communal buses stop at the square next to the penthouse, and public taxis to the nearby seaside resorts leave from Estrela Square, a 10-minute walk from the penthouse.
