We designed our home to be welcoming and comfortable, and it’s crammed full of unique design features, many of which were built using natural stone from the garden! We want it to be your home from home, with a touch of luxury. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, with a breakfast bar, eye-level double-oven, fabulous slate extractor hood, and beautiful granite worktops, with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. The open-plan living/dining room features a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, large dining table and sofa area, grand fireplace and quirky bar area! There is free Wi-Fi Internet throughout the main kitchen/living/dining areas. Two double bedrooms are ensuite with walk-in, rain-head showers. A third double bedroom shares a bathroom with a twin bedroom. There are several outside lounge areas, and a big outside dining table overlooking the huge overflow pool. We have a pitch-and-putt golf green, and a badminton/pickleball court! All equipment and instructions provided. The quiet and private garden has numerous areas for relaxation, like the Mulberry Grove with dragon fountain, and Tree of Idleness which is great for meditation. The gardens feature an organic fruit orchard and vegetable garden - guests are welcome to pick whatever is in season (typically figs, grapes, tomatoes, peppers, sweetcorn, apples. We recommend that guests hire a car in order to enjoy the local area.

We are a couple from the UK, and we have spent the last 22 years building Hideaway, our dream home in Cyprus. Hideaway is 2 km outside the friendly village of Frenaros, where there are several restaurants and bars, two great supermarkets, a fabulous bakery, and two pharmacies. The closest beaches are at Ayia Thekla, and the beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 20 minute drive away. Ayia Napa is a quiet, historic town during the day - check out the old monastery, viaduct, harbour and outdoor sculpture museum. Just across the border is Famagusta, a fascinating place for a visit. The ancient Walled City is enchanting, with the old cathedral (which has been a mosque for 450 years), twee alleyways, shops, restaurants, bars, and of course the ancient city walls and the dry moat. You can now also visit Varosha, the 'Ghost Town', and walk around the buildings abandoned in 1974. Cape Greko is famous for its natural beauty, with stunning rock arches and sea caves that you can visit by car and boat. Not far away is Cyherbia, a lovely botanic garden, where you can walk around the lavender garden, get lost in the maze, learn all about the herbal plants of Cyprus, and enjoy a lovely lunch or cold drink.
