A stone built country home nestled in the heart of Trimiklini Pine forests, surrounded by trees offering you a stunning and tranquil location within 2 min drive to a large supermarket and amenities. Its ground floor offers a spacious open plan lounge, dinner and fully equipped fitted kitchen, with direct access to the pool and a stone built BBQ area. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom conveniently located on this ground floor level ideal for guests who cannot easily manage stairs. The first floor has 3 large bedrooms, the master has an ensuite shower room and the 2 remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom with bathtub, having 2 single beds in each. The garden offers a perfect oasis to relax with a brand new swimming pool perfect to cool off on the long hot summer days. There is a private decking area with seating to enjoy El Fresco dining. Furthermore there is a driveway covered for 2 cars, airconditioning hot/cold in all rooms, plus central heating for our winter guests and a wood burner for those cosy romantic winter nights.
