A recently renovated building and apartment right in front of Larnaca’s best beach. As soon as you get on the ground floor you walk JUST 25 meters before you find yourself right on Larnaca’s most beautiful beach. Only 10 minutes drive from Larnaca International airport and just 10 minutes walking from the vibrant city center and Larnaca’s best nightlife places. The apartment is right in front of Castella beach which is 10 minutes walking from Foinikoudes and McKenzie beach. Inside, the apartment is fully equipped with all amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. It is fully air conditioned to beat the heat and keep you cool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove top, kettle and oven. The living room is nicely decorated and includes a big sofa for three, and an armchair. The apartment features a shower, washing machine as well as iron and ironing board. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the turquoise waters of Castella beach and the small harbor with fishing boats. The bedroom is equipped with double bed and wardrobes for your belongings. The bedroom windows are directly facing the beach offering an amazing morning view.

The neighborhood is surrounded with restaurants and fish taverns that offer delicious local food. Just next to the apartment building you will find ice cream shops and kiosks. Within just 10 minutes walking radius you can find yourself to the city center where all the shops are, you can go to Foinikoudes beach for a swim and a coffee, or you can head to the McKenzie beach where beach bars are, and enjoy your favorite cocktails. While the sun sets, take a 2 minute walk to idyllic harbor and enjoy the smell of fresh fish and the cool sea breeze.
