The villa is equipped with high quality furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances. The living room, kitchen and dining room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan which extends to the outdoor area where a natural timber deck surrounds a large overflow swimming pool. The first bedroom features two single beds and is on the ground floor. This is serviced by a shower room that also serves as a guest restroom. The upper floor offers two double bedrooms, the family bathroom and covered veranda equipped with a sofa set with beautiful views ideal for relaxation. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and unobstructed sea views. In total the villa can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host.

Protaras Villa Alia is a new and elegant 3-bedroom seafront villa in a quiet and unique cul-de-sac location on the coast of Protaras a mere 3-minute walk from the famous Fig Tree Bay, a Blue Flag, white-sand beach with crystal clear blue waters. In the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. This villa is a sea front property situated in the most affluent area of Protaras right by the sea. The location is very peaceful yet just a couple of minutes' walk to the best beach in the area the Blue Flag Fig Tree Bay and the Central Protaras strip. The surroundings are excellent and the beach just around the corner is to die for. The villa has got to be one of the very best villas in the whole of the Protaras and Ayia Napa region.
