This child friendly, 4 bedroom villa features a large private, mature and lawn covered garden ideal for sunbathing and relaxation and just a few steps from the beach. Sirina Waterfront House offers ample outside furniture both for dinning and sunbathing as well as a fully equipped BBQ. The ground floors is an open plan living room area that opens up to the front garden and is complete with comfortable sofas, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table as well as a guest WC.The upper floor features the 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower, a large double bed and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom also with a large double bed and similar sea views, the third bedroom is also double while the fourth offers two large single beds. Sirina Waterfront House is fully equipped and furnished to highest standards Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro200 over and above the total booking amount. No parties or celebrations are allowed.

At Central Protaras only 2 kms away, there can be found many beautiful beaches and the famous Fig Tree Bay and Sunrise Beach with lots of water sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any watersport you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
