Property info

Villa Svetlana is a very nice and comfortable villa which is perfectly located just 3-5 min walk from the beach and all the amenities. Villa has everything for a comfortable stay and relaxing holiday for your family and friends the villa has three bedrooms upstairs, one of them is a master bedroom with a shower bathroom. Another two bedrooms are sharing one family bathroom. downstairs there is a open plan living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a big size patio with garden furniture, swimming pool and BBQ electricity 150 kw per week is included in price, the overrun should be paid according the reading of the meter the groups of young people of the same sex under 25 y.o. are not welcome

Neighborhood info

There are many restaurants, pubs in the area. A bus stop is near by, from where you can go to the center of Protaras or to Paralimni or Ayia Napa. For children there is water park just cross the road and play grounds in many cafes and restaurants. There is a path along the sea towards the center of Protaras, it will take you only 10-15 min walking. This is the favorite place of walking for tourists and for locals.
