Cottage Heights is one of the first Hotels in Nicosia and today it is located in the busiest area next to the University of Nicosia and within walking distance of the European University. It is also close to 28 October Avenue where the visitor can visit the Mall of Engomi and select dining venues. Cottage Heights is located in a quiet neighborhood and when it was built due to the fact that there was not much transportation, it was considered a country place far from the old town, close to the Nicosia Airport which is currently closed due to the Turkish occupation. Cottage Heights is indeed a quiet and rural place in the green and the tranquility of nature today it retains its character despite being only a few meters from the university campus. The philosophy of Cottage Heights is to offer the visitor a quality experience combined with an economical accommodation solution and for this reason it has started to be upgraded from 2024.
