Property info

Come spend time in our apartment building “APARTMÁNY POD MARIANSKYMI SCHODY”, a perfect place for getaway for anyone, who likes to have everything under one roof - especially families with children. The building currently offers 6 apartment units (in the future, 10 apartments will be available) and a community room (equipped with billiards, air hockey, darts, TV, board games etc.). Additionally, we also offer a playroom for our youngest guests, where you can take advantage of a bouncy castle, push bikes, kitchenette, trains…, a bike/ski room, and private parking with camera systems (in future garage) in front of the apartments located in the town of Desna in Jizera mountains.

Neighborhood info

The local national park offers beautiful nature as well as a wide range of interesting tourist destinations. The apartments are in the immediate proximity of Marianske stairs that take you to the top of Marianska mountain. The house location offers many different types of activities in the winter as well as during the summer months. Cross-country skiing trails can be found close by and smaller slopes with ski lifts ideal for children are located only about 500 m away. Across from the slopes is a ski jump. Tanvaldský špičák (a mountain equipped with a chairlift, snowmaker and carpet ski lift for the youngest) is about 3.5 km away (10 minutes by car). Jizerecka magistrala, a cross-country skiing trail system with over 60 km of trails, is also located very close. In the winter months with favorable snow conditions, the trails are accessible directly from our apartment building.
