I was greeted by the most beautiful Czech girl at the front desk. The customer service was great. The staff everywhere were very helpful. The internet worked well, which was important to me for working on my laptop. The hotel is situated quite well, you can easily get to anywhere in the city. Parking 5 was recommended to me by the hotel, and it's only like 5 minutes away by walking. There's a closer parking to the hotel by another hotel, but it's significantly more expensive. The bathroom was spacious, and the water ran quite well. The breakfast was alright. The city was a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely come back to this hotel!

Convenient location and helpful staff. Room very comfortable with fridge and small mini-bar. Ample hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was fine, usual staples but rotation of fresh breads and pastries. Has a restaurant downstairs but did not try although seemed popular. extended stay by one extra night. Manager offered at same rate originally booked even though booking.com price had increased. Would stay again.

Fantastic location but a little hard to get to with car. had to navigate a ton of pedestrians. Well worth the effort though. Room was exceptional, super comfortable and very unique. our bedroom has sloped ceilings on both side so it was like sleeping in a cave. Wood beams and wood furniture have the room a very warm comfortable feeling. bed was very comfortable. bathroom spacious and new. staff was super helpful and provided us with excellent service. breakfast was included and it was excellent. lots of choices warm and cold and all selections were delicious. we would have stayed longer if we did not have to travel on.
