At our residence, we strive for a friendly, personal and loving approach to all our customers. We try to listen to our clients' wishes.

Property info

Our residence is suitable for families, for couples, for classic tourist purposes and just as a relaxing haven after a busy day. The individual apartments are designed in traditional Italian style. In our offer, you can find apartments for 1-7 persons. In some apartments, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, someone with bath tube and some even with a jacuzzi. The apartments are equipped with a TV set, even with Italian TV channels.

Neighborhood info

In the area you will find the supermarket Albert, which is open until 21:00. As for restaurants, you can find Italian pizzerias and Czech pubs, fast food (bageterie Boulevard etc.) and cafes. Regarding the environment in general - just behind the corner is Karlínské Square - a park and a playground for children. In the opposite direction you will return to the Invalidovna Park.
