Teplice (pronounced Teplitsa) is a spa town, with a small area of historic buildings in the centre. It is well served by trolleybuses and buses to all areas. Pivovar Monopol is a large brewpub in the main street, with at least four of its own beers on tap - lovely!

The countryside is beautiful.
The countryside is beautiful. The town is pretty much monotonous and boring. The buildings in the residential areas, however, are mostly pleasant and well kept. Unfortunately, conventional cafes are almost nonexistent. Transportation iş excellent.

Teplice is after Carlsbad and Marienbad the third big Spa of the Czech Republic. It used to be quite a pity sight: so many almost-ruins of great architecture. But now Teplice is quickly catching up with its two Spa competitors. In the summer many inhabitants of Qatar and Kuwait are fleeing and flying from their super-hot countries to stay in Teplice. They bring lots of money to the local economy. We often come in Teplice and notice a wonderful transformation of the town for the better. So when you love high quality architecture, Spa parks and walking this is a must. Beethoven and Goethe already went here before you!
I was pleasantly surprised - we booked quite a long stay on a relatively last minute notice and this hotel was the most affordable at the time, so I did not have high expectations, but it was better than I thought - the room was spacious, clean, reception very pleasant, they also offer breakfast for an additional fee, which is convenient, and on second floor, where we stayed at first, there is a little kitchen with a microwave, fridge and water boiler, which was a real game changer for me, traveling with an infant.
Two lovely parks -- one adjoining the property, the next just across the street. Convenient walking distance to shops, restaurants, and town center. Longer walk to the Botanical Gardens, but an enjoyable stroll.
Was very glad that they have an on-site parking area. The number of spaces is very limited, so you might want to ask in advance if that's important for you. There is also parking in the little side street, but less protected.
The Villa Rosa situated in Dúbi, which is a silent, little resort place, 5 minutes from Teplice by car. Dúbi has an attractive church in venetian style, and a little relaxing park with a small creek. Sleeping and awakening here is wonderful, lot of birds are singing. Both of the interior design and the quality are first class in the Residece.
Staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. Location is great, right in the city centre next to the SPA facilities (10-15 minutes walk from Train Station). We had apartment on the first floor 103, which was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was simple, but we were satisfied. FYI: pictures were taken during our departure, not on arrival.
it was only me and my partner in the hotel as it was christmas the lady at reception went out of her was to cook us breakfast bless her which was lovely.
also the room was nice bed was realy comfy nice mattress no spings as mentioned in previous reviews by others.
nice nights stay would of liked to stay longerbit returning to the uk.
Good small hotel not far from Teplice centre. Very convenient for the business travellers. This was the 2nd time that I stayed in this place, and I'm going to stay again in the future. Clean and cozy. The host always picked up the phone to let me in for the check-in, so there was no issue.
I am vegetarian and options were not available. Only fruit and juice were available for vegetarians. This is the basic problem in Teplice and not particularly with this hotel. The location was excellent and I will recommend this hotel for a stay.
The location is great if you want to visit the spa in Teplice. We appreciated private parking, comfortable beds and well-functioning bathroom. There was also a possibility to make tea and coffee at the corridor.
we loved this hotel, the owner was very nice, welcoming us, explaining the parking facilities, just in front of the hotel. breakfast was wonderful. we would definitely come back if visiting again this city.
