The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Although the parameters are not large, it is very cleverly arranged so there is a place for everything you need. It has a large wardrobe for clothes, shelves, and a table for possible work. A bed with a good mattress can be simply folded against the wall, creating a sofa and more space in the room. The kitchen is equipped so that there is everything needed for cooking. Each guest also has 1 coffee prepared for the night, more can be requested if needed.
I am a new host and my husband and I try to make sure our guests don't miss anything. I communicate as quickly as possible and I am available when anything is needed. We enjoy preparing the apartment for new guests and offer the best possible service. We like to travel ourselves, so depending on what we know we liked or missed in given accommodations, we try to secure our apartment for guests accordingly :)
The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from the Nový Smíchov shopping center, where there are also tram stops and the Anděl metro station. It is also not far from the most important sights or the river. There is a shared terrace on the 10th floor where you can sit with a view of a large part of Prague.
