This was our second stay here (see previous review). We returned because this booking was perfect in every way - location, staff assistance, cost, cleanliness, roominess - we booked for a second weekend for our return trip. And the staff was incredibly helpful about everything Prague related - not just the rooms. I couldn’t have been happier!
United States of AmericaThe check-in is in a different location, but walking distance from our rooms. We had just flown in from the US and the staff was SO helpful in answering my many questions. The process couldn’t have been easier and we ended up booking with them again on our return trip the next weekend. The apt was beautiful - so clean, roomy, convenient. I couldn’t have been happier!

New ZealandThe apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious. It had two bedrooms with a connecting spacious living room and kitchen, perfect for a family and very reasonably priced. Location was perfect, less than 10 minute walk to the clock tower. Supermarket just across the road, and there was a cafe just downstairs where you could have breakfast, and the food was really nice. Staff was super friendly super helpful. I had a severe back pain as I was traveling quite alot, and needed to walk to get to the reception, and when was informed that the room we booked was in another building near by (need to walk some more), the guy at the reception offered us a room in the same building when he saw I was in pain, which I appreciated alot.
