We stayed here for 3 N. Loved it. It's closer to the metro and bus station. The breakfast is great too. The room is fully equipped with basic amenities. People are warm and welcoming. They guided us with local attractions and events which are a plus for tourists like us. Room service is on point. Don't hesitate to ask for any customisation as they did for us where we requested a take away breakfast early morning as we had a very early flight and it was delivered on point. We loved our stay.

The room was on the 5th floor facing into the inner block of houses, it was very quiet despite the hotel's location on a main thoroughfare. The atmosphere of the room was calm and quite elegant, it was also of good size and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom.

Breakfast was super, various. Hotel is in quite place, toilet was absolutely clean and we had new towels everyday, metro is about 500-700m and relatively close to the center. Last day our luggage was stored at the hotel, as we had night flights. Worth for the money!

I do no speak Czech apart from a few basic phrases but had no issues communicating with the staff in English. All of the staff were very friendly. I did not experience any kind of issues with noise from neighbours, the outside, etc..

The Prague Centre Plaza hotel was a great place to stay within train/taxi distance from the city center. I particularly liked how I could heat my room well with the heater, and that the shower temperature was easy to control. The breakfast was great, and I appreciated being able to have a late check-out (for a small fee) on my last day. The hotel also arranges an affordable car transport to the airport (it was cheaper than the taxi I took from the airport to the hotel).

The breakfast was WOW. Really delicious and various. Something sweet and also good and fresh salads, ham&cheese and bread... Also the bed was so comfortable. :)

This hotel was perfect in regard of locations. Most of the attractions are even in walking distance. The rooms are huge, well equipped and clean. You can even enjoy a beer spa there for extra cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

For the money, it's a great place with decent budget lodging and breakfast. If you're not too much interested to spend money in an accommodation and want to explore Prague, this is a great stay. Also 3-5 walk to the Metro station
