The host, Irina, was friendly and helpful. She answered all my emails promptly, before we arrived and after. The room was clean and quaint. It was large. We had the Belvedere room. It had great views and 3 sets of windows. The kitchenette was a nice perk. The bathroom was nice. We also had an alcove to hang clothes, and an area to place your luggage etc. It also has a small table with 2 chairs. It was on the 3rd floor, no elevator, but the stairs are easy to walk. They are wide and shallow. It’s in a 500 or 600 year old building. You receive a set of keys. One for the main door, one for the interior gate, one for another door and one for your room. We loved it!
