Since 2008, Adrez has been providing accommodation services, starting with the opening of our first apartment residence. Presently, we oversee 19 apartment residences and hotels, boasting a collective sum of 378 private, fully serviced apartments nestled in the heart of Prague. The Theatre 9 Apartments by Adrez are located on the upper floors of the Kalich Theatre building. Restaurants, shops and local sights are a short walk away. Apartments are fully online, with AC, and fully-equipped kitchens. Independent parking is close by. These apartments operate entirely online, eliminating the need for a physical reception area. Once all the necessary guest information is provided in compliance with Czech law, along with the completion of the payment process, access codes to the apartments will be send via email shortly before the scheduled arrival.
