Prosluněný rekreační areál na kopci přímo nad jezerem v Lipně nad Vltavou. Všechny vily poskytují moderní ubytování pro skupinu přátel nebo větší rodinu. Každá vila má terasu s částečným výhledem na Lipenskou přehradu. Vily mají 4 oddělené ložnice, dvě koupelny (v jedné je sprchový kout a v druhé prostorná vana), společenskou část s dobře vybavenou kuchyní, jídelním koutem a obývacím pokojem se satelitním TV. Internetové přípojení zdarma. Každá vila má vyhřívanou garáž, kde je možné uložit kola nebo lyže. Další parkovací místo je přímo před vilou. Internetové připojení zdarma, stejně tak půjčení dětské postýlky a jídelní židličky.
Jsme malý tým, který má dlouholeté zkušenosti v Cestovním ruchu. Snažíme se o individuální přístup k hostům a splnit jim jejich přání. Práce je naším koníčkem!
Okolí Lipna je jako stvořené pro příznivce kol. Vhodnou trasu si tu najde opravdu každý bez rozdílu věku nebo zdatnosti. Nástup do single tracků a float trailu v blízkosti vily. V létě můžete využít pláže Lipenské přehrady, vzdálené cca 800 m. V zimě můžete využít novou nástupní lanovku Lipenská vzdálenou 50-100 metrů. Nástup na upravené běžecké tratě je za dobrých sněhových podmínek přímo u areálu. V areálu je také zastávka skibusu, který jezdí zdarma každých 30 min.
