Room was very nice and clean. Great location to walk almost anywhere, 13 minutes walking to the Chocolate Museum. Reception were very friendly and parking was onsite in an underground garage. Rewe grocery store is in the same building.

The location was great, easy to be reached from the central station of Cologne, and therefore close to all sights and transport. The family room was of ample size with a very smart use of the surface. The breakfast was provided in a form of stocking the fridge upon arrival (more than you can every consume) with fresh produce such as milk, ham and yoghurt. Fresh bread and pastries are delivered to the door every morning. Reception staff was extremely helpful when we had questions about the train schedules, very pleasant.

I took a taxi from the train station as i had big luggage and it was winter. The location of the hotel is a short walk to the shopping streets and there is a supermarket just around the corner. Walking distance to chocolate musuem. The cooking facilities were really good in the room. During my stay, it was COVID and they could not serve buffet breakfast so they gave me a whole bunch of food and fresh bread daily. As a solo female traveler I felt safe in this area of the hotel. The neighborhood was quite peaceful and i could open the window for fresh air and beautiful sunrise.
