great location and the rooms are much larger than you will normally find in Europe. very comfortable, clean. they leave you 2 bottles of water and 3 apples which makes for a great snack. the breakfast was absolutely incredible and included in the price of the room. dinner was delicious as well. what I loved most, is they had a dog bed, dox bowls already filled with food and water waiting for my fur baby. incredible staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely come back. you can also see Nue Schwanstein castle when you have breakfast.

This hotel has a the perfect location. It is very comfy, cozy, big bedrooms, amazing views to both of the castles. Our highlight was the staff specifically a super polite, kind and very helpful gentlemen at the restaurant in the morning from Pakistan. He made our stay even better, gave us recommendations, offered the most delicious food but the best of all was his attitude; he seemed to be really happy with his job.

This excellent hotel is positioned right between Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein Castles -- and I mean right between. Both castles and the ticket/information center are within walking distance of the hotel. It also was within decent driving distance to Linderhof Castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were well prepared and well staffed. The hotel did have a lift to get our luggage up and down to our upper floor room.
