The front desk staff were friendly. The decoration of the hotel has top taste.. there are many decorations in the hotel that uses some ordinary wood and wood pieces - but they are very artful and beautiful.

The room was perfect. Good size, nice view, perfectly clean , nice bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and of very good quality and variety. The staff at the reception was good, smiling and efficient. Good possibility of parking.

Second time in this hotel. That tells you something. Nice fresh hotel. 5 min walk from Kempten centre. Clean, good breakfast included. Just the place for one ore two night stop=over.

Staff, receptionist were VERY friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. As a black woman travelling during this time I was slightly apprehensive to go to a little German village and was unsure how I would be received based on prior experiences, but this one was positive. I enjoyed my stay in Kempten, met friendly people on hiking trails throughout Oberallgau and the hotel staff were amazing. The room was nice, I am happy with everything except for the scrambled eggs lol. So 10/10 for me.
