The Reifinger Badesee is only a five-minute walk away. Tourist information and all shopping facilities are only a short walk away. Lake Chiemsee and the surrounding ski areas are easily and quickly accessible, also by public transport. Also a day trip to the cultural capitals Munich or Salzburg is possible at any time by car or train. The Alpenwohnanlage is an exceptionally well-kept property, quiet and centrally located.
