A very classy place with very friendly and patient staff. I would hire the tall blond receptionist to train my staff on service any day. Cannot say enough about this place

Also some of the staff were confusing about that suggesting that dinner was included in the original price. Breakfast also had a (small) cost though booking.com stated it as "included". Dinner was excellent, very nice 6-course menu on one of the evenings, good breakfast choice, great service.
