The newly renovated Altora Eisenbahn Themenhotel takes you back to the days of the steam engine. Its comfortable rooms are housed within connected, timber-framed buildings and a recently constructed extension. Diners at the hotel's atmospheric restaurant, 1835, can enjoy watching the steam trains outside while having their drinks delivered by miniature railway.
