Dear guests, welcome to our apartment. Our 90 sqm apartment (3 double beds + 1 single bed) with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet, free Wi-Fi invites you cordially. A garden for barbecues and relaxing complete your stay. Enjoy the beautiful view of a green valley and a rural village. A restaurant serving excellent local cuisine is located very close across the street and a cozy environment completes your stay. The apartment is suitable for up to seven adults and their small children. Special beds for toddlers, I like to provide. Children are not to be specified when booking. There are additional costs locally. Up to 2 years 10 Euro.
My family lives in the same house on the ground floor. In the house is another apartment "Apartment Döllinger". For larger groups, both accommodations can be booked. Ask. There are 3 cats next to us. Ask.
Schaftnach bei Schwabach is a small quiet village near Schwabach. The city center is about 5 km away. Shops for every need can be found 4 km away. The highway is about 1 km away. The Nuremberg Fair can be reached by car in 20 minutes. It is recommended to arrive by car. Highly recommended is the Brombachsee and the Altmühlsee for swimming and relaxing. Here you will find peace, exclusivity, walks through the adjacent forest. If you are active, you can go jogging, walking, cycling along the Main-Danube Canal. Wheels are available. Golf Club Abenberg 27 holes at 15km. Franconian Lake District to the Rothsee 12km. You can easily reach us by car. We have direct motorway connection. The fair center Nuremberg is approx. 12 km away from us. City center Schwabach in 4 km. The nearest shopping center ORO is 1.5-5km away. Old Town Nuremberg in approx. 18km. From Schwabach station you can reach Nürnberg Hbf with regional express in 10min, with S-Bahn in 20min. If you travel by train, we will pick you up at Schwabach station. We are looking forward to your visit.
