The location was perfect en also the way you could get into the building. It was really clean and nice to have a own bathroom. Close to reperbahn and the station and good restaurants.

The owner was the most amazing - super friendly, thoughtful, helped me out on the first day, and upgraded my room to a better one for free. The room was nice and clean. If you get lucky, you'd be able to enjoy live piano music (or play yourself), since there's a piano in the common room. Free coffee from the vending machine 7:00 - 11:00 is a nice touch.

Buch-Ein-Bett Hostel is wonderful, excellent location in Hamburg, central to the city's main attractions, the staff friendly and welcoming, the room was cozy and and spacious, you can do your own cooking in the kitchen....we are very satisfied !

Location is good, near the city centre. We stayed in a big room (suppose to a dorm but no other people came on that day so we have the whole room).
