Location is 5 - 7 mins walk from the nearest U-BAHN station. 6 stops to the central station. Staff was very helpful. Easy checkin and check out. All the amenities were there in the apartment. Room was a bit small but manageable. It had a balcony which was a plus. Good value for money.

I liked the fact that you basically had everything you needed at some automatic machines downstairs, if you forgot to buy something like a juice or something to eat, those machines basically had a lot of stuff. Big plus, the metro station was like a 3-4 minute walk from the property, and right near the property there's an awesome restaurant called Cafe Blucher (awesome) where the food is really really good and the prices are way cheaper than the oldtown.

The lady at the reception was so nice and gave us an early check in cuz our flight arrived at 6:00 am. She knew we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Also the location is great and near the station.

The dishes were still a little bit dirty and we had to wash it ourselves. However there was no towel to dry the dishes. Furthermore, the building is quite old and there is no atmosphere. It‘s very sterile. We are a couple and the beds would constantly separate from eachother so we couldn‘t cuddle 🙁. Next time we take a different hotel. For the price I would also expect something better, especially since it‘s corona time.
It‘s easy to check in and check out. Another benefit is, that if you find a place, you can park outside for free. The personell at the counter is friendly.

Bathroom was clean, but we had to request more toilet paper as they did not refill it after the previous guest. Door to the building was accessible by anyone (no key was needed to enter the building) - this is definitely a safety concern :(

I do not need much but there was nothing in particular that stood out as negative.
This hotel is newly renovated. The beds are good. The bathroom is nice and the Ginseng soap smells amazing. Kitchen utensils are abundant and the fridge gets your weißbier very cold. Lovely stay.

A small table could be placed to prepare the food, and a light above the ceramic hob would be helpful.
The room in general seemed adequate to my needs. However, the kitchen seemed impractical because of its small space.

This place does not provide any additional service, although it is quite comfortable. Probably in-room service could be better, otherwise, all was good.
This place is actually an apartment hotel with in-room service provided. Each room is actually an apartment with a small kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Good choice to stay up to one week in Munich if your primary goal is to explore the city and suburbs. Good location near Olimpic park, BMW Welt and Museum, underground station, supermarket and few restaurants and cafes around.

I hoped the double room to be bit bigger.
The location is great. Just a couple of minutes walk from subway station and bus stops. The rooms were well organized and equipped with necessary items.

I love everything about centerroom. Supermarket is too close! And have halal food. Even too small apartment but have everything there. We can cook as well. Metro just nearby less 5minutes walking distance.
