The staff is nice and humor, and the location is very good (near university and not far from Hbf). The room may be a little small, but is enough for single person staying one night. The equipment is aged but works very well.

The property is located next to a metro station and is at walking distance to the University. It is an old building but well preserved - the bathroom and furniture were in excellent condition. The room was spacious and very clean. Although it is a basic accommodation, they had slippers and a welcome treat. The owner was friendly and helpful. The wifi was working fine. The surrounding area is nice, residential, and at the square in front of the hotel there are a couple of cafes/restaurants, bakeries, a bank, shops etc. It is probably better to get a room facing the square (but I don't know if it is noisy).
