Almost everything. I have simply never experience such wonderful levels of service in my 10 year time in Germany. Superb.

Czech RepublicA lovingly converted warehouse, Das James is a wonderful mixture of British and German comfort that embraces its industrial past. The staff takes pride in their work and it shows. My husband and I especially appreciated the relaxed breakfast and comfortable seating. In addition, the gym is a stand out. Fitted with boxing equipment, ropes and ergs, the gym was a very pleasant surprise. An array of activities are scheduled (yoga, Latin dance, TRX, boxing) but we didn’t have time to attend any.

Thailandstaff were fantastic and hands on. the room was brilliant, all new, good equipment in the mini bar, I did miss some slippers and laundry service bag though. The beds were fantastic. Food was good. The service staff in the bar was super enthusiastic and attentive.
