Extremely well-located hotel in the core of Regensburg, a few steps from the castle and all the sights. The staff was wonderful, always very helpful and always with a smile. Breakfast was good, with ample choice. The room was very functional, with firm beds, good lighting, a wardrobe, useful shelves, a large tv and a sofa for reading. Temperature control worked well. The bathroom was huge; shower with good water pressure. Parking at the very busy public garage was easy; the busy coming and going, airy atmosphere and good lighting created a safe feeling.

A perfectly situated (5 minutes from train station, parking garage literally next to the hotel), truly 4star hotel in all aspects, right in the heart of Regensburg. Could not have been happier with everything. Recently renovated, with nicely appointed rooms, perfect bathrooms, fabulous breakfast and nice staff. Highly recommended for stay in Regensburg at a fabulous value.

The room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. The location was convenient to the train station, shopping areas, the Christmas Market and the castle. The staff was helpful and responsive. The burger restaurant in the same building was good and it was nice to have a good meal without having to walk on a rainy night.

The hotel and room were chic and clean. Parking garage was near by and the hotel felt very secure. The bathroom was very nice with a large, fully enclosed shower and window (something you don’t find as much in European hotels) Walking distance from Christmas markets (Nov/Dec), historical sites, shopping and many food options.

Breakfasts were very good - above average for similar level of accommodation. Great to have water filling machine available 24 hours in buffet area. Very good extra touch and good but simple environmental effort by hotel.

This is a new hotel so new that is has not made it yet to car GPS navigation which made it a bit difficult to find. Google maps was able to help us find it. There is convenient parking right next to the hotel so it is easier to navigate to the parking garage as a means of finding the hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. We were given a glass water bottle as a gift when we arrived as a memento of our visit which was very nice. The rooms were modern and clean with all the amenities you would need. The breakfast was buffet style with a good set of options to choose from to make you satisfied. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel.
