United KingdomI asked for an small fringe , cause of a medicine that I have, and they gave it to me . Very kind of them. Also they found for me an extra pillow, becase the pillows that they use are very very bad.
Spainthe assigned room was a bit small for 2 person, difficult to place the luggage, The location of the hotel is quite good, close to the night life and to the seaport, just few subway stop from the city center, or 25 mins walking. There is a great private parking free and protected beside the hotel

ColombiaSimple cozy hotel, close to everything (walking distance from harbour, 5 min from Reeperbahn and literally right across the DOM fair) - comfort wise the beds were OK (we had a great night sleep), it was quite and clean , the room was a bit too small and the bathroom door didnt close properly, but all in all good deal for the money;
