The staff was polite and friendly, we even had a welcome bag of goodies and free mini bar items. The room was really clean and spacious. Location really close to the city center. The room was ready earlier which helped us a lot.

In 1982 the DERAG company opened their first house in the beautiful area of Munich Au-Haidhausen as pure Apartment Hotel. Through decades we established ourselves as a market leader in the apartment sector in Germany and Austria. With growing size of our company the hotel area was entered. Our name "Livinghotel" became our credo because we want you to live and not only to finde accomodation.
