Perfect location close to many attractions, very spacious apartment, modern kitchen with all you need. Everything is super clean. Just behind there is a stream and it is very beautiful. The host Richard is so nice and welcoming, he made our visit very pleasant.

Una casa maravillosa. Está ubicada en una zona tranquila y preciosa. Muy bien comunicada para conocer la zona como Friburgo, Estrasburgo, Colmar, Europark... El pueblo está a 5 minutos en coche donde tienes de todo lo que necesites. Richard es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Cocina muy completa y camas muy cómodas. La casa es muy grande y muy bien decorada. Es mejor que en las fotos. Terraza y jardín maravillosos. Para repetir este alojamiento siempre.

Appartamento accogliente e spazioso fornito di tutto il necessario non mancava proprio nulla, arredato con gusto e cura dei dettagli. C'è una lavatrice a disposizione che abbiamo usato. Salotto molto spazioso che affaccia su un terrazzo coperto dove si può mangiare o rilassarsi. La posizione rispetto alla foresta nera è ottima perché in meno di un'ora si raggiungono tutti i posti da visitare, tra l'altro Emmendingen è anche una piacevole cittadina dove c'è un po' tutto.L'appartamento si trova su un fiume dove si può fare una piacevole passeggiata a piedi o in bici direttamente sulla ciclabile. Proprietario disponibile sempre a disposizione mai invadente. Consigliatissimo

Die Erdgeschoss-Ferienwohnung ist im Emmendingener Ortsteil Wasser gelegen, bis zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig an der Elz gelegen. Ein tolle überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen im Schatten ein. Ein Rad-/Wanderweg führt direkt hinter dem Haus entlang. Durch konsequentes nächtliches Lüften und Verschattung tagsüber war die Temperatur trotz Hitzeperiode erträglich. Parkmöglichkeit bestand auf dem Grundstück. Die Ausstattung war super, (fast) alles vorhanden. Eine Schere fehlte uns, wurde aber prompt nachgereicht. Der sehr nette Vermieter begrüßte uns mit einer Flasche gekühlten Wein.

דירה מאובזרת עם שלושה חדרי שינה, מתאימה מאוד לטיול משפחות. קיבלנו את הדירה נקייה מאוד. בעלי הבית, שגרים בקומה מעל, מאוד אדיבים ונחמדים. עזרנו לנו וסייעו בכל בקשה. איפשרנו לנו להשתמש במכונת הכביסה והמייבש שלהם. מיקום הדירה מצויין, במרחק נסיעה קצר מכל האטרקציות שבאזור. לדירה גינה גדולה ומטופחת, מקום נעים לשהות בו.
