Plenty of space and beds. Clean house. Very convenient to get into home as landlord messaged how to get in. TV in each of the three bedrooms. The dining area had its own space and could seat up to eight people at the table. The location was great, very close to grocery store, not far from public transit. Electric shutters on the windows great to keep out bugs if window is open, great to keep light and heat out in summer, though we visited in winter. Heating worked well and home was quite a comfortable temperature when we arrived home each evening.
