Es handelt sich um eine tolle Ferienwohnung unter dem Dach. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles super sauber, der Blick auf die Berge und der kurze Weg ins Zentrum von Garmisch waren optimal. Ein Lidl ist wirklich nur 3 min. Fussweg entfernt. Im Zentrum kann man wunderbar die Kulinarik von Garmisch ausprobieren. Die Therme, der Zugspitzbahnhof sind einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, aber auch auf der Seitenstrasse konnten wir parken. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zugänglich. Sie bot uns sogar den Umzug in eine andere Wohnung (allerdings anderer Ort) an, da wir schon sehr gestört waren von der Hellhörigkeit durch ein ständig schreiendes Kleinkind(Urlauber) und Türenschlagen.
